The Simple Grief Journal

I created this journal, originally for myself, in the early days of losing my mum. I have never journaled before, but I wanted to do something involving writing so that I could frame my thoughts and make a bit of sense of what I was feeling.

It helped me a lot, so I thought, why not turn it into something that others could use, and here we now have

The Simple Grief Journal.

A gentle guided writing companion for anyone navigating loss and here is what I want to say about it...

If you’re new to bereavement, you may also be new to journaling.

My hope is this little book be a soft and subtle help to you in a difficult time.

Grief changes everything, and while nothing can take the pain away, sometimes putting pen to paper can help you piece together what’s been broken.

The Simple Grief Journal offers a safe, comforting space to express your emotions, reflect on your experiences, and begin healing at your own pace.

This is a no-pressure journal, ideal for complete beginners or those who simply want a soft, private place to go to and let it all out during the hardest moments of loss.
